An ultra-modern 30 story office complex, where the architectural intentions were to be preserved within a strict budget. A challenge we embraced that has propelled us to the forefront in the science of value engineering.
The building is enveloped with a performance curtain wall which is a custom designed solar control double glazed facade and external cladding. The interior works include textured wall finishes, exquisite ceilings, intricate timber doors, customized marble work and fire doors.
